POLICY AND GUIDELINES
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment
Deposit Required.
All deposits require a 50% deposit within 48 hours to confirm bookings. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT Failure to make deposits WILL result in CANCELLATION and spots will be REOPENED. This deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable unless you cancel 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If a deposit was not made for any other reason or your booking was made at the last minute and you cancel on the day of your appointment/ no call no show, a $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be implemented and MUST be paid first BEFORE rebooking. If you rebook without paying your cancellation fee, your appointment will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY.
