CANCELLATION POLICY
- Failure to make deposits WILL result in CANCELLATION and spots will be REOPENED. This deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable unless you cancel 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If a deposit was not made for any other reason or your booking was made at the last minute and you cancel on the day of your appointment/ no call no show, a $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be implemented and MUST be paid first BEFORE rebooking. If you rebook without paying your cancellation fee, your appointment will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY.
LATE POLICY
Guests arriving late OVER 10 minutes may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash tech next appointment. While we try out best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation policy will come into effect.
